Adam Parker | Owner

Being a native to Colorado and an honors graduate of Colorado State University with a BS in Construction Management, I have established long lasting relationships that root my business and family to this great state.

Construction has always been a family business to me and I manage Living Stones Construction Management with that focus in mind. My family provide the foundation for my success and I lead with that strong influence guiding my way.

As owner of Living Stones Construction Management, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in custom construction to the market place. I am proficient in all stages of construction including pre-construction activities, construction, close-out, and owner services. I offer substantial hands on experience that gives me the ability to see problems before they arise and find the correct solutions. I take great care in cultivating and nourishing my relationships with clients, contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and designers. Living Stones Construction Management gives me the opportunity to provide much needed services and representation to owners.

Sawyer Parker | Project Manager

I grew up in the construction business, and have recently graduated from Colorado State University with a BS in Computer Science. I have realized my passion for construction, and have been working alongside my dad for two years, learning the business. I love seeing my work go from the design stage through the various phases to completion. I am looking forward to continuing to learn and to grow and expand the family business.
